Happy Halloween! Delco residents decorate their homes for the spooky night. County residents are also fired up as the Phillies get ready to host the New York Yankees tonight in Philly for the World Series. The Veterans Memoral in Newtown Square was dedicated and the ground breaking took place on Saturday despite rain. Ten Backhoes did the honor of digging the ground at the Marville Lifestyle Center.
